Solution for when Corned-Beef is in Short Supply!

For the last weeks I have heard how Corned Beef is apparently in short supply especially here in Puerto Rico. Being vegetarian this does not present an issue for me but allows me to see how people are attached to some food items when they can be easily substituted with healthier options.

So if you are craving corned beef feel free to go for the veggie option? Why not try a Reuben Sandwich Veggie style?

I saw that news report last week! They made it sound sooooo drastic, but I figured, “hey, I’d never touch the real stuff anyway”. LOL I did see a bunch of it in the store the next day. Wonder how this is. Have you tried it? Maybe us vegitarians should buy up the remaining supply then give the difference to the animal shelters here in PR.
